About Kess Eruteya

Kess Eruteya began her mission to bring about change at a very young age. At just 20 years old, she had been featured in Entrepreneur, Sifted, and even Forbes (twice!)  Helping clients understand the paramount relationship between diversity and success, Kess has worked with huge organisations such as UNICEF, Experian, Red Bull and LinkedIn. She is also widely known for driving the #Tech4Good movement and accelerating social change.

Biography

Kess Eruteya noticed how infrequently it is acknowledged that Gen-Z are a generation unlike any other. 48% of Gen-Z identify as non-white, making it the most diverse generation in history. Furthermore, owing to population growth, Generation Z now outnumber both Millennials and Baby Boomers, making up 32% of the world’s population.

Thus, Kess Eruteya combined her skills as a consultant specialising in Cloud Infrastructure Services and her passion for D&I activism to make her company that works to breaks down the barriers that young professionals so often face. They put passion and innovation at the centre of everything they do.

In 2021, Kess was invited to deliver the TEDx talk Generation Z: The Impact Leaders of Tomorrow at the TEDxESCPLondon event. Her other achievements include being a Fellow of The RSA, a Digital Champion Ambassador for Digital Unite Ltd, a Personal Development Mentor for CodeYourFuture and an Enterprise Mentor for The Prince’s Trust.
